At AerCap, I lead a cross-functional team owning 8 enterprise systems spanning finance, maintenance, and engineering. I own the claims management platform that processes all outgoing payments, manage Oracle EBS financial interfaces, and drive legacy modernisation using incremental patterns with zero customer disruption.
I care about clean architecture, reliable integrations, developer productivity, and delivering software that works in production. I use AI tools daily (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development and have led company-wide AI adoption as a Microsoft Copilot Champion.
Outside of work, I build products independently - applying the same engineering discipline to personal projects that I bring to enterprise systems.

- Lead a distributed, cross-functional team (5 Dev, 3 QA, BA, UX, PM) owning 8 enterprise aviation systems spanning finance, maintenance, and engineering, including Oracle EBS integrations.
- Own the claims management platform through which all AerCap outgoing payments are processed. Responsible for architecture, reliability, and auditability of a business-critical financial system.
- Manage Oracle EBS interface systems: automated creation and synchronisation of POs, invoices, and vendors between internal applications and Oracle Financials.
- Automated maintenance cost data workflows (pull/push integration), reducing a 3-day manual process to 2 hours, a 36x improvement in cycle time.
- Built SOX-compliant and financial report automation using Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric, generating production-ready PDFs from analytical data.
