Hello! My name is Sufyan and I enjoy creating things that live on the internet. My interest in software started back in 2018 when I decided to try finding custom applications.

Fast-forward to today, I've had the privilege of working at an advertising agency and a multinational corporation. Previously, my primary focus involved building accessible, inclusive products and digital experiences at NTT Data for a diverse range of clients. Currently, I'm continuing my journey at AerCap, the world's largest aircraft leasing company.

Jan 2023 - Present

  • Conducted maintenance for three applications, two developed with .NET MVC - JavaScript, and one with .NET Core Web API - ReactTS. Led a team to fix bugs, implement new features, and handle Oracle DB procedures. Utilized xUnit for unit testing to ensure stability and quality.
  • Rewrote two .NET MVC applications from scratch, transitioning to .NET Core Web API for backend and ReactTS for frontend. Managed a small team to complete this transition, including Oracle DB components (procedures). The rewrite resulted in improved performance and maintainability.
  • Developed and maintained a new application from the ground up using .NET Core Web API and ReactTS, leading a cross-functional team. Oversaw Oracle DB procedures and unit tests with xUnit to ensure robust code quality.
  • Managed deployment of owned applications using Azure DevOps. Coordinated with other teams to ensure smooth releases with minimal downtime.
  • Supervised the development and optimization of PL/SQL procedures and functions with Oracle DB. Led efforts to enhance data structures and improve database performance.
  • Acted as the primary point of contact with business stakeholders. Gathered requirements, coordinated team efforts, and implemented enhancements based on feedback, leading to improved user satisfaction.
  • Employed Agile/Scrum with two-week sprints, leading a team of developers and coordinating tasks using JIRA. Ensured efficient project execution and on-time delivery.
